These supporting evidences must be joined to the accreditation demand. The bibs which the national, regional and local journalists, photographers and cameramen will have received must be returned at the press centre at the end of the event.
The people who ask for an accreditation (giving access to all the parts of the track and to the press-room) will only get one if they :

The photographers who have access to the finish line will be selected by the UCI and will be obliged to wear the official UCI bib. The bib will be available at the press centre where it will have to be brought back after the competitions. The bib will only be handed over against delivery of the press card at the accreditation centre. The card will be returned when the bib is brought back. - UCI
